SOS #157: Color My World

Hello! It's Tuesday, which means it's time for a new challenge at Shopping Our Stash. This week's theme is Color My World, and we'd like you to use your favorite color on your project. You can use other colors with it, but your color needs to be obvious.

Here's my card:

No, my color is not white, it's Pool, or greenish-blue. I actually intended this to be more pool-y, but it didn't work out that way. Also, my favorite color to "pop" with pool is Hero Arts' Punch, so I threw a few Punch triangles in for fun. And yes, I did place all those triangles in one at a time. The trick is to cover the card front with adhesive, then stick on the "frame" (the white piece with all the triangles popped out of it). Then when you go to put the individual triangles in, there is already adhesive waiting for you.

I am most proud, however, that I used that Spellbinder's Lacey Circles die behind the sentiment. I had to blow dust off of it. Seriously. I liked the contrast of not just the red, but the lacey circle with all those pointy triangles.

So come on over to SOS and show us your favorite color!

Thanks for stopping by!
