SOS #208: Baubles, Buttons & Bows

It's Tuesday, and time for a new challenge at Shopping Our Stash. This week's theme is Baubles, Buttons & Bows, and we'd like you to use a bauble, or button, or bow (or multiples) on your project.

I chose to use a bauble, which in my mind is something you have that at some point you thought it might look good on a card.

Here's my card, then I'll explain:

That watch thing came in a packet of other ... things, and I thought it would be fun to pull out an old Hero Arts clock background so it looked like I meant to do that.

I stamped the background in grey in onto grey card stock, then played with paper pieces from my still-out Fancy Pants paper pad to add a little color.

So, got some baubles in your collection? Or maybe buttons or bows is easier for you to get your head around. No matter, come on over and play at SOS!

Thanks for stopping by!

  8. I rather like this. I like how everything else is grey and then BAM! Here's some color and a fascinating watch.
