The good news is, though, I actually used another Hambo image I'd purchased a long time ago. Check it out:
The reason you see my green nail there is because this is a gate-fold card (I REMEMBERED! YAY, ME!) and the darn thing wouldn't stay closed for a photo.
As an added bonus, I used the color scheme from this week's Clearsnap: Color Challenge #3:
Their colors are Lime Pastel, Wicked Black and Seattle Sky, but I used SU's Lucky Limeade, Basic Black and Pool Party. Maybe Bordering Blue would have been a better blue, but I didn't feel like digging around for the marker. :)The shiny silver doors for the elevator were printed on a piece of shiny, textured paper from my stash, and I've learned you cannot print on it with an ink jet printer ... it rubs off and won't set. I went over the lines of the doors with a ruler and a black Memento marker, cut it out, then rubbed off all the black schtuff. And sadly, most of that piece of shiny, textured silver-y paper has been sacrificed. Oh, the things we do for our craft. Sigh.
Thanks for stopping by!
