I got my latest shipment of new MFT goodies today, and I just HAD to play. I got all dies (ahem) and one stamp set. This guy:
I got him ONLY for that scarf. Isn't it great!? I covered it in blue flock(ing) so it's all fuzzy. :) The lace is from Hero Arts. Here's a close-up of the scarf:
Love it!
Next I wanted to play with the Fringed Flower dies, so I mixed up flowers and snow flakes and made this:
The greenish paper was still out from a failed VSN card, so it's technically a remnant. The music pattern on the flower is the back side of the paper. It may also be obvious that I broke out my Memory Box snow flake die again, only this time I used purple glitter paper. And yes, I thought of Libby when I put the green and purple together. *waves*
Well, that was fun! :)
Thanks for stopping by! And make sure to come back tomorrow for the next SOS challenge! It's a fun one!
I have ZERO flock!! Is it fun? It look gorgeous in your super cute little snowman. All blue & snuggly warm. What a little sweetie he is!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that fringed flower die!! OMG!!! I can't believe I was so good and didn't buy anything this time around. Now I want it again. So pretty and sparkly. Beautiful card, Leslie.
Your snowman is adorable. I almost bought those fringed flower dies but I haven't used the other ones like that yet (can you tell I can't remember their name?).
ReplyDeleteLove the snowman and the snowflake is pretty too!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I'm just like Lisa and have NO FLOCK! I guess I might need to get some! What color do you use the most?
ReplyDeleteTotally loving the snowman and how warm and fuzzy he looks! :)
