I had a fun crafty play date on Sunday and managed to make a few cards for challenges. Sometimes you need a crafty friend across the table from you, and to be surrounded by someone else's goodies, to get the mojo to kick in. :)
For my first card, I combined the current Naughty Or Nice challenge theme:
Sketch For You To Try:
and I made this:
I'd have to say this one falls squarely in the Anti-Love category. I love this sentiment, but so rarely get a chance to use it. :)
All the papers were from the Basic Grey Hey You 6x6 paper pack. I love that whole matchy-matchy thing. Her dress was paper pieced, since I'm still not so confident with my coloring skills. I like that I can make her dress (or is it a bathrobe? housecoat?) match, too.
This was fun to make, even if it was a it fussy. It was quite therapeutic.
I'll bombard you with my other cards over the next few days, as I hope to get them linked up before the challenges end.
Thanks for stopping by!
