Another Sketch Challenge

Hi, me, again. Time for another challenge card! This time I played along with this Sweet Sunday sketch:

You know, every time I find a cool sketch blog, I add it to my Google Reader. Small wonder I can't keep up ... Sigh.

Anyway, here's my card:

I turned the sketch on its ear so my card is vertical. I mostly do this because the company I bought my card racks from (from whom I purchased my card racks) told me that these cards would fit either horizontally or vertically, but they lied were wrong. Most of my regular customers have been trained to take the cards out of the racks from the side, but it's still a royal pain, so I go for vertical when I can.

Right, where was I? ... Oh, yes, the card. I took a quick peek at one of the DT's posts and she used a Flopsy image from The Cat's Pajamas. This made me remember my own Flopsy purchase that hadn't seen ink yet, and it was irreverent to boot (bonus!), so I went to work.

All these papers were out next to my paper cutter since I'm working on some Date books and I used a whole package of Afternoon Tea DSP from my SU stash (1 package = 4 date books). I'll post the date books later, but this card was made from the trimmings. Sweet.

I couldn't figure out what color to make the bunneh, so I didn't. I covered him in white flocking instead:

He is very fuzzy. :)

The scallops were made with an MFT border die, and the candle flames were colored with a gold glitter pen.

I think that's it! Thanks for stopping by!
