No Paint Here

Nope, no paint here. So far the score is Distress paint: 23,745, Leslie: 0. It's real purty, though, and playing is fun, but there's nothing to show yet.

So in frustration, I turned to laughter for a little release. I love Victor Borge, and that made me break my 50% rule to purchase the Feel Goods stamp set from SU. I also broke out a new die from yesterday's shopping extravaganza, and this is what came out:

One other new product used here is a self-adhesive velvet sheet. Yes, I said velvet, and with the metal shim, the die cuts it like buttah. After I'd added the sentiment and the bling, the card still seemed like it was missing something, so I added a few of the cut-outs back into the trellis, and it makes a huge difference.

By the way, that trellis die cuts to exactly 5.5", so it perfectly fits on an A2 card. I love that!

Okay, I'm going back to my paints, now. In the mean time, if you'd like to see what made me need them, just watch the video in this post.

Thanks for stopping by!
