Silly Scape

Another discovery while cleaning straightening yesterday was my Hero Arts Silly Scape stamp. I could clean it and put it away, or I could clean it, use it and put it away. I opted for the latter and made this:

It's a really busy image, so the options for layering are limited, and I think I still blew it with busy paper, even though they are thin strips. I've seen a lot of challenges and cards this week with strips of paper over or under panels, and that largely influenced my design here.

Ah, well, I guess it's time to clean that one, put it away, and break out some more new stuff. I want to play the Jingle Belles' challenge again. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. That is a cute stamp, but I must agree about the busy-ness. Maybe just the yellow polka dots under it would have been less busy.
