It's October 1st, and that means it's time to kick off the Splitcoast Hope You Can Cling To (HYCCT) stamping campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each day during the month of October there will be a new challenge posted. All cards made for the challenges will be sent to the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center.
There are actually three challenges on the 1st (hey, it's kick-off day!), and the first one is hosted by our fearless leader Lydia, aka: UnderstandBlue. She has asked us to make a card using our go-to style or technique.
For me, this is simple: a sketch and some irreverence. :D Here's my card:
I used the GinaK Girl Talk set, and some Basic Grey PB&J papers. The sketch I used is from Skipping Stones Design:
So if you're looking for some challenges this month, why not head over to the HYCCT challenge forum and play along?
PS: You don't even HAVE to use (gah) pink for some of them. :)
PPS: There's even a Recipe forum. We need sustenance, you know!
Thanks for stopping by!
Don't ever abandon your irreverence. Your card is wonderful, that is a cute stamp set.
