As if I wasn't (weren't?) already overwhelmed with the number of challenges I can't do each week, my blurfing has turned up another one. Pamela over at Pamela's World of Scrap has started up (or has re-organized) her sketches and has rebirthed her sketch challenges. She explains it all here, and gives us three options. Naturally, I chose the card option:
Seems simple enough, right? Pffth. I have started and trashed at least three versions of this, until I finally cranked out this one just now:
Yes, my Basic Grey What's Up papers are still out. And my fear of white space has me twitchy, wanting to put something in that bottom left corner, but I think the rounding is enough.
When I enter challenges with prizes, I generally tell the blog owner I don't want to win (SABLE, remember?), but Pamela is giving away some Basic Grey that is on my wish list, so I think I'll leave my name in the hat this time. :)
She also has a bonus entry opportunity if you play a second time using one of her other sketches. I already have mine selected. It may or may not use more of this Basic Grey paper pack. That will depend on if I decide to put it away or not. We shall see. :)
Thanks for stopping by!
Products used and not listed below: SU heart punch, misc white card stock.
ME TOO I wanted to put something in that left corner! I couldn't stand it. I settled for sticking some gems by the sentiment, but it was HARD. Love how you combined these papers - I haven't used any of that stripy yet, and now I think I can :)
ReplyDeleteTurned out great! I love it! Thanks for playing along with my sketch challenge. :)
