A Two-Fer

In my continuing effort to flood your RSS feed (or email), I bring you another challenge card I made this past week while hiding out in Libby's craft room. Here's my card, then I'll explain:

I'll bet you're surprised this is not washi tape, huh? Me, too. I used some paper from Fancy Pants Memories Captured for the banners, and a sentiment panel that was left over from another card I made earlier in the week. Yes, I had a mini UFO pile on my desk at Libby's, what can I say?

All the wood veneer was procured from Libby's collection and colored with a black Copic. Thanks, Libby!

I played two challenges with this card. The sketch is the Fancy Pants September challenge:

and I'm also entering this in the current Virginia's View challenge to use patterned paper (I think I've got that covered):

Okay, NOW I'm going to bed. Later this weekend I'll post more of the cards I made while on the road.

Thanks for stopping by!

Stuff I used: Tombow pink dot runner refill, and the following:

  1. Great guy card, and perfect for Virginia's challenge.

  2. So glad I had things worth procuring! :-) Great card!

  3. awesome use of the paper!
Thanks for playing with us at Virginia's View Challenge!

I'd love to hear what you really think! :-)
