Retro Sketch #33

Another sketch on my pile o'sketches is this one from Retro Sketches:

I broke out my new Lawn Fawn papers (I love the colors!) and made this:

And yes, I know I swore off new paper packs, but aren't these colors yummy?

For the sketch, I used part of the banner page for the top element, and Hero Arts Pool Party buttons for all but one of the heart elements. I used an SU punch for the one heart; it's stacked 5 high so it has some heft.

In other news, I watched Felix Baumgartner rise up to 129,000 feet into the Stratosphere, drop down a bit, then jump out of a perfectly good balloon capsule. It took less than 5 minutes for him to reach Earth, and the man landed on his feet. I don't think any of the 6.6+ million viewers on YouTube breathed for that 5 minutes. It was just amazing to watch, though I heard later that we were on a 20-second delay in case anything went wrong. I'm so glad it didn't!

Thanks for stopping by!
