Challenge Card

One of the sites where I lurk regularly is {capture the moment}. I like their simple designs, both their stamps and their card samples. Actually, it's the card samples that generally suck me in and make me buy things. Today they have offered up a nifty challenge to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. They have many (like 9, I think) free digital images that you can use to make a card and post for a chance to win a huge collection of their stamp sets from 2009. Can you say: FREE STAMPS?! Oh, yeah!

I downloaded the image from Melissa Bickford's site and made this card:


The papers were out on the Captain's Table, so I just grabbed them. The dotted piece is the reverse of the flower paper. Too easy!

I colored the letters with Copics, and added some bling to the star with a glitter pen. DONE!

I have no plans to do more than one, as it is fast approaching my bed time, but you can do all 9 if you want to increase your chances of winning.

So who thinks this is cheating on my stamps? Anyone? I feel so dirty ....

    super cute! i downloaded the images, but then remembered i don't have any ink for my printer...wish the contest lasted longer so i could go grab one in the morning :(

    Good job! I have downloaded all of the images but haven't gotten anything done with them... I love PTI stuff. And, no, I don't think you're 'cheating' - variety is the spice of life!
