Game On

I love mixing things up, because it stretches the possibilities for any item. For example, I was recently enabled by my pal Libby to need some Stampotique images, and I got this one because it reminded me of myself and Bobra. This is us every night:

See? Not white, almost in focus.
Yep, that's me on the left and Bobra on the right. I say, "Okay, time for bed", and he gets his toys out. He's so stinkin' cute though, he's hard to resist

For the "mixing it up" part, the sentiment is from the MFT Masculine Graphic Tee & die set, and is probably intended for a card for a gamer, but I don't care ... it works for me here.

The green & tan paper is a remnant from the Basic Grey Fiction 12x12 pack (yes, it's still out), so all I had to do was stick on the image and stamp the sentiment. I love it when the paper does all the work for me.

That poorly stapled ribbon covers a mystery orange blotch of paint or ink or something.

In other news, it's time for another grainy, gratuitous photo of Bobra. Here he is, asleep at the wheel:

Why do cats lie in the sun when it's 476 degrees outside? Inquiring minds want to know.

Thanks for stopping by!

Products used: Stampotique Kitten Sitting, Basic Grey Fiction 12x12 paper, SU Cream grosgrain ribbon (yes, it's that old - it was still called cream), natural linen note cards, and the following:

  1. I am sitting here grinning from ear to ear after seeing your card and usual humorous write up. Thanks for the latest Bobra shot, too.

    (Cute stamp as well.)

  3. Only one of my cats likes to lay in the sun in the summer...I have 2 others that just look like they've melted onto whatever they're perched on. Cats are just weird! I love that stamp :)

  4. That is a cute card - I love those kittehs. Cats love to be the center of attention, perhaps that's why they sleep in the sunlight - or lamplight here. They gotta be in the spotlight!

I'd love to hear what you really think! :-)
