Be Naughty

Hi, there! I recently won the P is for Profanity challenge over at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, and as my prize I get a guest gig on their blog. Guess what this week's theme is?

I love it! I knew immediately which stamp set I'd use! I made this:

Yay, Stella!!!!! She is a woman of fine attitude. I'd be her friend if she were real.

I had such fun making this card. I played around with the "night sky" by inking up the white panel with Shaded Lilac, Stormy Sky, and Chipped Sapphire. After a few false starts with masking, I gave up and colored right over Stella. The Stella you see here was stamped separately, colored, fussy-cut, and then glued over the stamped Stella. It was the only way.

Then I went to town with details. Here's a close-up of Stella:

(Those bits of white showing on the top of her sled? I declare them to be snow.)

Sorry for the blur, but photography is not my strong suit. :( She is wearing blue glittery eye shadow, has Glossy Accented glasses, and her hat trim is covered with white flock. By the way, I love saying that word in the presence of non-stampers.

Also, the edge of her sled is silvery and glittery, and the whole sled was covered with Glossy Accents:

It took a while to dry, and the card is pretty hefty, too. There's also flocking under her sled for snow, and it hides the silvery glittery sled ... thing. That thing at the bottom. The glider?

ANYway, this was fun! Thanks to the gals at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for selecting my profane card and allowing me the chance to use my naughty Stella stamp set. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Stuff I used: Totally Stampalicious (no longer in business) Stella set (closest digital image I could find at the Bugaboo shop), and the following:
