An Udder Birthday

I actually played a challenge or two, finally! Man, life gets in the way of stamping sometimes, doesn't it?

I combined this sketch from Stuck On You Sketches:

and the farm part of the theme from Drunken Stampers (gosh, I love that name!):

and I made this:

I've had this card in my head for quite some time, believe it or not. The sentiment stamp has been out on my desk for months, and I knew I wanted to use the Paper Smooches moo-cow with it, but I needed a sketch. Today, the SOUS sketch just called to me, and I dove right in.

I know the cow's nose is pink and the twine is orange, but it is what it is. A twine remnant was in the UFO pile, so I used it. Whatever.

It's amazing how, once you have an idea, a card can come together so quickly. I like when that happens. I may go back for some more. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Products used but not linked below: twine, Cornish Heritage Farms sentiment, googlie eyes, A Muse Studio cloud dies.

  8. Pink & orange go together, what are you talking about? (Have you tried drunken stamping, btw? Very messy, lol. Should stop at the first glass of wine!) And of course you know I'm a sucker for a punny sentiment :)
