A Fun Weekend

I had a very fun day on Saturday spending many, many hours with some crafty friends. I'd packed some of my irreverent sentiments, and I managed to eke out a few cards that I'll share over the next week.

First up is this fun image I borrowed to use with my sentiment:

The lady is Queen of the Universe from Unity Stamps, but I don't think it's available any more. The sentiment is from Riley & Co.

I used a piece of paper from one of the 6x6 packs I'd taken long, layered the image and sentiment on black, and it was pretty much done. I did color the lady's blouse with a Copic marker, and I also colored her jewelry with a marker, then went over it with a glitter pen. Too easy.

I'll be back later with another card. Thanks for stopping by!

Products used: Lady image from Unity Stamps, sentiment from Riley & Co, and the following:

  4. What a fun card! I love that you found a way to use that particular piece of patterned paper. Something like that would leave me clueless.
