Hambo Hoedown #23 - Dog Days

One more time. (Please see last night's post for the painful details and my first attempt at this week's Hambo Hoedown challenge.) This time I made the base first so I wouldn't forget the card was supposed to be ROUND! Sigh.

Here's the image we got for playing last week:
We also got a cat image (you know how dog/cat people can be) and I used both. Then I screwed up the dog one, so you get to see the cat one, which I didn't hose as badly:

It's 4 1/4" square (ROUND), which is the biggest Nestability I have. The base card stock and the waves are made from a piece of SU textured card stock. The patterned paper mostly covered by the image is from my new pack of Basic Grey Out Of Print. LOVE that stuff. Must get more.

In other news, I've cleaned pretty much every surface in here, and I'm ready for company! YAY! I'll be in and out as time permits over the next week. I hope to make my guest into a stamper, so there should be lots of opportunities. :)

Thanks for stopping by!
